1. Do I need drawings first?
   One of the most common fallacies in commercial construction is that one “absolutely” needs to have a set of drawings in order to obtain a quote from a project. Depending on the size or complexity of your project, we are able to provide pricing based on sketches, “hand-waves," block diagrams, or concepts.
   Of course, it goes without saying that we can provide pricing from a complete set of drawings, too…
