Construction

  • Use qualified subcontractors
  • Get it right the first time
  • Don’t become part of the problem – we offer solutions!
  • Perform our own punch list prior to the client walk-through
  • Do the “extra” things – that make the customer happy

Inspections

  • Be ready!
  • Don’t hide anything
  • Keep asking for what we need in order to meet our delivery date!

Completion and Close-Out

  • Complete all punch list items and obtain client sign-off within two weeks of occupancy
  • Give customers their close-out packages within 30 days
  • Maintain impeccable files
